Cannes Film Festival

With our long experience working in Cannes, we are exceptionally well-placed to assist our clients in planning and organising their presence at the Film Festival - a key event in the film industry calendar. It is our aim to provide a 'one stop shop' for those who are familiar with Cannes, as well as those who may be operating there for the first time.

Working to a client's brief we prepare budgets and proposals, which reflect their aims and objectives - and we are always creative in our solutions.


Hotels
We have long-standing relationships with all the major hotels in Cannes and so are able to assist our clients with their accommodation needs.

Villa and Apartment Rental
There is an increasing demand for rentals of apartments for use as offices or sleeping accommodation during the Festival. We work with a select group of locally-based real estate agents and can help find anything from a studio apartment to a ten bedroom villa - all we need to know are the specifications and budget and we do the rest. Once we have a shortlist of possible properties, we email the details to clients and discuss over the telephone or face to face. We visit most properties before rentals are confirmed and point out any key elements which may influence our client's decision. In this way they can be confident that they have made the right choice. We liaise with the realtor regarding rental payments, the taking of an inventory prior to and following occupation and negotiation of any surplus costs after the Festival. Where necessary, we can also organize the removal and storage of furniture and its replacement, including liaison with authorities regarding any special requirements such as road closures.

We can arrange cleaners, cooks and other staff as necessary and organize rental of sheets and towels, installation of phone lines, rental of furniture, communication and IT equipment, stocking of fridges and ground transportation - in short, everything you need for a successful and comfortable stay.

Office Set-Up
Whether your office is in the Palais, a hotel or an apartment, we can do everything necessary to ensure it is set up to your specifications and ready for you to walk in and start work at the beginning of the Festival. We have an experienced and skilled team dedicated to office set-up, which can range from simple placement of furniture to a full build-out. There is continuity of support during the Festival: our maintenance team makes twice-daily visits to attend to any problems, and we are on call throughout the day to deal with any matters which require immediate attention.

Serviced Offices
For those clients who may prefer to work from serviced offices we have established the DDA Business Centre. Situated on the first floor of the Majestic Hotel, in close proximity to the Palais des Festivals, this offers a flexible and economical alternative for those clients who do not require a stand-alone office. The business Centre has a fully staffed reception and is equipped with telephones, fax machines, photocopier, WI-FI internet access, and there is also a meeting room available for clients to use.

Events
The Film Festival is famous for its spectacular events and this is a great time to mingle with the international film distributors, producers and executives. Our events team undertakes extensive research in Cannes prior to the film festival, sourcing new venues and meeting with suppliers. We have close relationships with many of the event contacts at restaurants, beach venues, and hotels and can assist you with all of your event needs.

Screenings
We work closely with the Olympia Cinema, where we book and manage a range of screening rooms from 70 to 400 seats. Specifications of the individual cinemas are available on request and we are always happy to arrange for any additional technical equipment to be installed as well if required, as on-site catering.
