The UK premiere followed the film’s record breaking opening weekend in the United States at Number 1, the second-best US Easter weekend opening of all time, marking the biggest April bow in Disney's history and the best opening ever for a live-action U-certificate film.
HANNAH MONTANA THE MOVIE follows Miley Stewart (Miley Cyrus) as she struggles to juggle school, friends and her secret pop-star persona – Hannah Montana. When Hannah Montana’s soaring popularity threatens to take over Miley’s life her father (Billy Ray Cyrus) takes the teen home to Crowley Corners, Tennessee, for a dose of reality, kicking off an adventure filled with the kind of fun, laughter and romance even Hannah Montana couldn’t imagine.
