International Publicity

For an International junket, DDA can take care of budgeting, travel and accommodation, international press pitching, distributor liaison, designing, executing and supervising press schedules, booking the junket hotel, catering, TV crew, grooming, security, transportation, restaurants, instigating distributor invoicing and budget reconciliation. The talent are taken care of by DDA representatives from the minute they arrive to the minute they leave. The team also liaises with the hotel and junket TV crew and handle the timing and running of the junket to ensure its smooth execution.

The International team is experienced in negotiating press schedules with distributors and talent publicists to ensure a structured and manageable tour, which makes maximum use of talent time. Where needed, publicists accompany the talent throughout the duration of their tour, supervise the press days and deal with all talent needs.

DDA International is able to construct tours of various sizes from large scale tours, for example a worldwide tour with a team of 106 members of cast, crew and affiliates for THE LORD OF THE RINGS: THE RETURN OF THE KING to New Zealand, Los Angeles, Japan, London, Paris, Berlin, Oslo and Copenhagen to a smaller scale tour for Charlize Theron to Japan for THE ITALIAN JOB.
