TOY STORY 3
The world's favourite toys ruled the day at the UK Premiere of Disney and Pixar's TOY STORY 3 on Sunday 18th July at London's Empire Leicester Square. Woody, Buzz, Jessie and new toy Lot's-o-huggin' Bear were the stars of the show, joining director Lee Unkrich, producer Darla K. Anderson and screenwriter Michael Arndt on the red carpet for the family-packed screening. The audience of celebrities, their young families and friends included Gino D'Acampo, Danny Dyer, Kate Garraway, Terry Gilliam, Professor Green, Rhys Ifans, Alex James and Penny Lancaster.
Directed by Lee Unkrich (co-director of Toy Story 2 and Finding Nemo), TOY STORY 3 is a comical new adventure in Disney Digital 3D™ that lands the toys in a room full of untamed tots who can't wait to get their sticky little fingers on these "new" toys. It's pandemonium as they try to stay together, ensuring "no toy gets left behind." Meanwhile, Barbie (Jodie Benson) comes face to plastic face with Ken (Michael Keaton) - yes, that Ken.
Pixar veteran Darla K. Anderson (Cars, Monsters, Inc.) produces, while Michael Arndt, Academy Award®-winning screenwriter of Little Miss Sunshine, brings his unique talents and comedic sensibilities.
TOY STORY 3 is released by Disney Digital 3D and 2D and will open nationwide on July 19, 2010
